Kursi do të fokusohet në temat e mëposhtme:
- Vlerësimi i rrezikut, kërcënimeve dhe cenimi i sigurisë.
- Zhvillimi, mirëmbajtja dhe mbikëqyrja e zbatimit të Planit të Sigurisë së Facilitetit Portual (PFSP).
- Drejtimi periodik i kontrolleve në facilitetet portuale, ku pjesëmarrësit do të jenë të përcaktuar të veprojnë në pozicionin e Oficerit të Sigurisë së Facilitetit Portual dhe të garantojnë që masat e duhura të sigurisë janë zbatuar me korrektësi.
- Të tregohet që pajisjet dhe sistemet e sigurisë janë të instaluar, certifikuar dhe administrohen me profesionalizëm.
- Paraqitja e kujdesit të lartë dhe vigjilencës së vazhdueshme.
