We offer a combination of lectures, videos, computer based training software and simulators, as well as online access to all material, to provide high quality training and recognised stcw certification.

This International Yacht Captain License it’s recognized worldwide and there are no restrictions of navigation. It is used for yachts with a gross tonnage of up to 200 tons and is issued by the Panamanian Maritime Authority, through the courses held at the TSTS Group Training Center as a center authorized by Panama. All Albanian or foreign citizens can apply for this maritime license due to the fact there are no citizenship restrictions. Vessels flying the Panamanian flag requires to the crew involved on their operation, to have a Panama Seamans book or Yacht Captain STCW Title.
