TSTS GROUP – HOW TO USE IT IN YOUR INFORMATION
This notice on the protection of your privacy, based on article no. 30 of Law no.9887 dated 10.03.2008 tells you what to expect when our company TSTS GROUP collects your personal data.
JOB SEEKERS REGISTERED IN OUR ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
TSTS GROUP provides marine and industrial employment for jobseekers who need our services. Interested entities (employer and jobseeker) have access to read limited information, according to applicable laws and regulations. We use the details of the data provided and keep them in order to provide the service to the requesting entities, always in order to mediate in the employment of jobseekers and to supplement the staff of employers with employees according to their requirements (based on the law on protection of personal data). When these persons register to receive services from TSTS GROUP, they have the right to correct any inaccuracies or deficiencies in personal data.
We process statistics showing information such as the number of successful employments, the number of vacancies, but not in a form that identifies any of them.
PERSONS WHO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT OR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO THE TSTS GROUP
When a complaint is filed by a person, it is recorded in a special register by a relevant employee who has previously signed the statement of confidentiality and is familiar with the contents of our company code of ethics. We use the personal data we collect only for the grievance redressal process and to check the level of services we provide. We hold personal data contained in grievance files in accordance with the law and our personal data protection policy. They are kept in a safe environment and access to it is limited based on the “need to know and know” principle.

TSTS GROUP keeps files with personal data about its employees, former employees and persons who submit their documents, before developing the competition procedures to win the vacancy advertised by TSTS GROUP.
To make a request to TSTS GROUP, for any personal data we may hold, it is necessary to make a written request to our company, or send it to us at info@tstsgrup.com.
