According to Company policies and procedures the Costa Shop Jewerly Specialist is an expert in an assigned jewelry section,responsible for delivering distinctive guest experiences and driving sales results.A Costa Shop Jewelry Specialist sells high-end jewelry, maintains store standards, and ensures adequate stock levels. The Costa Shop Jewelry Specialist monitors their section, assists in other categories, and educates guests on jewelry quality and value. The Costa Shop Jewelry Specialist has expertise in gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones, and executes promotional events. The Costa Shop Jewelry Specialist is knowledgeable about KPIs and delivers product training to the staff.
Main Responsibilities
Understanding the averall market ( e.g., competitors' strengths and weaknesses, trends, guest demographic, etc.).Delivering brand service strategies and supporting product initiatives.
Maintaining selling floor presentations and marketing, and restocking as needed.
Being accountable for completion of stock count daily; perpetuai inventory activities.
Cross-training and working in all areas/locations as reauired.
Responding promptly to resolve guests' requests and feedback, following up with guests as appropriate, escalating to management as necessary.

Job Requirements:
- Only Women Candidates
- A degree or relevant certification (e.g. GIA) in a related jewelry field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a jewelry store or a similar high-end retail environment.
- 6 months of shipboard experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Role requirements professional skills on effective Communication
- English knowledge B2
Italian knowledge B2
Third language B2 is an advantage
