Job description:

The Costa Shop Beauty & Fragrances  (Perfume + Skincare)  Specialist  is a subject-matter expert in the Beauty & Fragrance category, responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience while driving sales performance. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Specialist promotes Costa values, ensures high retail standards, and supports shop operations in line with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Only female candidates will be considered for this position
• High School Diploma GED (General Educational Development) or equivalent.
• Previous experience of at least 1 year in a beauty store or a similar high-end retail environment.
• 6 months shipboard experience is preferred. 
• Language Requirements : Italian( B2 ), English( B2) ,Third Language (B2)

Main Responsibilities

Analyze the market, competitors, trends, and guest demographics.
Develop and implement brand service strategies and support product initiatives.
Maintain store presentation, marketing, and stock levels.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, building trust and engagement throughout their journey.
Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, escalating when needed.
Serve as a knowledgeable and credible product and service expert.
Participate in company and cruise line trainings as required.
Achieve or exceed personal sales targets to maximize revenue.
Use retail systems to optimize selling efficiency.
Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day POS audits.
