Reference point about all the beliefs and questions of Japanese cuisine. Managing All Japanese Cartoon Food-Culinary Operations:
-Preparing weekly schedules for Galley's Japanese staff, scheduling special assignments, cleaning duties and rest
-Achieve Company budgets related to food cost and inventory levels; investigating any deviation immediately.
-Ensuring that Japanese food quality controls and portions are always in accordance with company specifications.
-Keeping the Chief Executive informed of any need for care.
-Evaluation of all of its staff upon termination of the contract and in the evaluation periods required by the company; evaluating employees who are showing the potential for further advancement and developing the level of their managerial responsibilities.
-By ensuring that food preparation is done on the basis of company recipes and U.S.P.H. \ Internal Health 24/7 standards etc.
-10 years experience in the sector, with at least 6 years as chief executive, three of which as chief executive for Japanese cuisine.
-Graduated from culinary school specializing in Japanese cuisine.
-Experience in tourism management fields.
